Report a Rugpull

Community investigations are often started by an individual. That individual can request that a project is added to our Google Form (see Form below), enabling the rest of the community to report the fraud.

The next step is to understand the extent of the fraud. The larger the amount of money lost, the greater the chance of prosecution. If your community wants IOC to investigate and support with connections to law enforcement or lawyers, then all community members should share their information with us.

Your data is used to analyse the impact by geography/jurisdiction. We'll also use the data to communicate directly with victims from our official email account. Your data is not shared with third-parties without your permission

We'll use our website to enable people to submit information and evidence for the case. We'll then write up a full report that can be used to submit to your local law enforcement and/or lawyer. Once the report is done, we'll use our network to find lawyers or authorities that are interested in the case.

Once the report is written, published and shared with our network, we'll then work with the designated parties. We'll support with ongoing investigation efforts and be able to provide further evidence upon request. If a lawyer takes the case, then you'll likely need to sign an attorney-client agreement with them and at that point IOC's involvement will begin to reduce.
